Made for his Glory

"Bring all who claim me as their God , for I have made them for my Glory, It was I who created them" Isaiah 43:7

In Matthew 25, we find a story Jesus told about three servants who were each given a certain amount to invest while their master was away. When he returned, two of the three servants had multiplied their gifts, while the third had simply buried it in the ground.

The third servant offered this excuse: "Master, I knew you were a harsh man, harvesting crops you didn't plant and gathering crops you didn't cultivate. I was afraid I would lose your money, so I hid it in the earth. Look, here is your money back" (Matthew 5:24–25). To loosely paraphrase, "It's not my fault."

Sometimes they have a sense of entitlement. And when they are irresponsible and squander what has been given to them, we have the audacity to actually blame the person who gave it to us.

The master told this man, "You wicked and lazy servant! . . . Why didn't you deposit my money in the bank? At least I could have gotten some interest on it" (verses 26–27).

You know, there are people like this today. They are believers. They have been forgiven by God. And they are going to heaven when they die. But they are lazy. They don't take the life that God has given them and use it for His glory. They think it is all about them, how everyone should cater to them, how everyone should be serving them. They never think about serving others. They never think about glorifying God.

We have to ask ourselves the question, Why am I here on this earth to begin with? The answer is that we are here to bring glory to God. We are here to honor His name. So let's take what God has given and use it for His glory.

You are what you Speak

Proverbs 18:21
"The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences
What ever you speak can bring life or death into your life".

The life we are living today is the harvest from the seeds we have planted in our past; and today, we are planting seeds for our future.

When we speak positive words, the angels will move on our behalf and your circumstances will change for the better.

It's so easy to talk during the day about what wrong or what we believe to be worthless. Whether it's our jobs, our health, our family or relationships.

It can get so deep it becomes part of our subconscious.  This is a trap from the enemy.

It is very important to be aware as to what we are filling our minds with.

We need to fill our minds with the word of God. No what the Doctor says, no what our bank accounts look like.

Whatever is in our mind in abundance, we will speak and whatever we speak it will become an action, and then a lifestyle.

Replace Negative Statements with the Word of God.

Philippians 4:8 (CEV)

"Finally, my friends, keep your minds on whatever is true, pure, right, holy, friendly, and proper. Don't ever stop thinking about what is truly worthwhile and worthy of praise"

 

We need to think and speak good about our health, our finances, our family, our friendships ,and believe What he says about us. and who WE ARE IN CHRIST.
